i was intrigued by the reviews saying there was table service. my son and i stopped by last night. we seated ourselves and were promptly handed menus by our server. the service was quick and friendly enough. my burger and onion rings were delicious. a&w consistently has outstanding onion rings. my chocolate malt was ok--a little too thin for my presences. my son had cheese curds--fresh and hot and perfectly melty. he loved his frosted root beer. i loved the fact that our food came on china plates and my drink came in a plastic glass. this place felt more like a diner than a fast food joint. if we lived locally (we're from nashville), i would definitely be hitting this place up frequently.
This was my first time at an A&W where they had drive ups and waitstaff. The service we received from our waitress was great! The beverages came out in frosty mugs and were so dang tasty. The food arrived as ordered, it was hot and fresh. Had plenty of parking for my trailer which can be a pain to find in this area of town.
I have been dining here for 36 years now, even for special occasions. The food and the service are great. The food sometimes arrives surprisingly fast! Breakfast is reasonably priced and delicious too

Couldn't wait to post a FANTASTIC review of this place. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY upon entering, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was "homey". I took my food to go, but I will enjoy eating here when I do. The food was hot when I got it because it was made after I ordered, and the taste was amazing. I ordered my burger with no onion, and guess what... no onion! These are the best onion rings I've found in a fast food establishment so far, and did you see how big that shake was? And yes .. I needed the spoon.
